Home maintenance & Property Management.

 

We provide a wide range of 'in house' support services to care for your home as if it was our own.

 

We check your property on a regular basis, ensuring that it is adequately aired, checking all electrical, plumbing and other services to make sure everything is in full working order.

 

We can also carry out any maintenance work which may be required, using our own workforce.

 

Our property management services will provide you with the comfort that, if you are considering letting your property, everything is being done to protect your asset whilst you're not there.

 

We can also provide 'house maid services', using our own permanently employed staff, for 'out cleans' and 'in cleans', changing sheets and making sure the property is suitably cleaned and ready for your guests arrival.

 

If required, we will also arrange a welcome pack containing food and drink and other necessities.

 

Our letting service also includes:

  • Marketing of your property both on the internet and in newspapers such as the Sunday Times and other similar high profile publications.

  • Preparation of any promotional material.

  • Help with any tenancy agreements and inventory listings.
