About Getting Here

Getting HereWith the increase in the number of flights from the UK and the benefit of improved communications, it has never been a better time to live in Spain. And for those that do, but still need to work for a living, the internet and the ability to email provide the perfect opportunity and very useful tools. In fact there are many people living in Spain that manage to keep their existing jobs back in the UK or their home country and travel home, and then back again each weekend. And getting to the Costa del Sol has never been easier. Cheap flights from the UK's several provincial airports, mean that we are within 2 ½ hours flying time from the UK.

The new toll motorway from Malaga to Gibraltar has also made a major difference to the travelling times between the two and now provides the visitor with the option of arriving in Spain from Gibraltar airport. British Airways, Easyjet and Monarch all have daily flights in and out of Gibraltar and, for those people staying west of Marbella, arriving from Gibraltar takes less time to arrive at their destination than if landing at Malaga airport.
